Adding Previous Tenants

A Previous Tenant is a tenant who no longer occupies and property/unit. 

When to use


Once your account is setup, you may want to go back in time and add previous tenants. This can easily be accomplished by following the setups below. 

Steps


1: Go to the Manage section.

2: Click the Tenants tab.

3: Click "Previous Tenants". (Scroll down to the lower left-hand side below the current tenant list.)

4: Click "Add New". (Located on the Previous Tenants blue header)

5: Add the previous tenant information and the click Save.


Setup your account with current tenants first. Then add previous tenant.
