Tenant Unable to Make Payments (Manager/Tenants)

Complete the following setups if you are unable to make rent payments online.

Step 1: (Landlord/Manager) Sign in and go to the Manage section.

Step 2: (Landlord/Manager) Once in the Manage section, click on Tenants and locate and click the tenant for which you would like to turn QuickPay ON.

Step 3: (Landlord/Manager) Scroll down to the Payment Settings and click the QuickPay Account dropdown. Select the company name you where you would like payments to be sent.

Step 4: (Landlord/Manager) Scroll to the bottom of the tenant dropdown and click Save.
